At the conference on July 19-21, the SCJ-UMCD elected the following officers:

  • Treasurer: Karen Harrell
  • Past President: Michelle Martin

The conference took place at First UMC of Huntsville, Texas, with guest speaker Pastor Tim Smith, who is a Deaf evangelist and a pastor at Faith Hope Love Deaf Church in Goliad, Texas.
